Vertical machining centers will be ideal equipment if you want to process parts using milling, tapping, and drilling processes. They are capable of working with a wide range of materials, such as metal, plastic, wood, and so forth. Our machines are also equipped with a tool magazine to ensure rapid automatic tool changeover and minimize downtime. There are three types of machining center available for selection according to different materials, precision and cutting forces.

This vertical machining center is a heavy-duty machine tool used for processing large precision parts, such as milling, drilling, and other processing. The gantry machining center features a protective cover, and the large spindle is installed perpendicular to the worktable. This allows for a high cutting capacity with a high precision, regardless of the material weight and size. The maximum material weight is 18,000 kg.

Oversized profiles are not easily milled or drilled due to size limitations of the CNC machining center. The worktable length is 4500mm, making it capable of processing a wide array of products, including LED display frames, doors, window frames, curtain wall frames, and more. A larger worktable is available upon request.

The CNC machining center is designed for drilling and tapping with a high speed. In order to avoid inertia generation during high speed operation, this machine has been reinforced, with all castings made of Meehanite cast iron. These castings have also undergone stress relief processes and aging tests to ensure long term accuracy.

Vertical CNC mills can be used to engrave and mill. It not only has the precision of engraving machine but also has the speed of three-axis machining center, so it can work efficiently with high precision.
